Clever executives: the padded sell

Apropos of my questioning the sudden fall in returns among the hedge fund class, we find that executives - hallowed executives no less - also tend to use their winked knowledge for their own little stockpile.  An investment strategy - hire an investigator to track the trading timing of these guys, and follow their lead.  Modigliani & Miller wept.
